Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments made to XPYA CYBERHUB PRIVATE LIMITED via thecyberhub.in or its subdomains are considered final. Refunds or cancellations will only be provided under circumstances explicitly outlined in this policy. We reserve the right to update this policy with or without prior notice.

Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate payments, technical failures preventing access, or other genuine errors directly attributable to our systems. Requests must be made within 7 working days from the transaction date by contacting support@thecyberhub.in.

Courses, labs, or digital content once accessed are strictly non-refundable. Users acknowledge that by purchasing and accessing the services, they forfeit any automatic right to cancellation or refund.

XPYA CYBERHUB PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to cancel or suspend courses, labs, or services at its discretion. In such cases, users may be eligible for partial or full refunds depending on the situation. Any decision by the Company shall be final.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (such as Razorpay) within 7–10 working days. Processing times may vary depending on banking or gateway partners.
