Welcome to XPYA CYBERHUB PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing and using our services through thecyberhub.in and all its subdomains, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your access to our courses, labs, and other offerings. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time, with or without prior notice.

All intellectual property, including but not limited to course contents, study materials, virtual labs, lab contents, assessments, documentation, student progress data, service marks, business processes, and all related rights and ownership, except LMS and its architecture belong exclusively to XPYA CYBERHUB PRIVATE LIMITED. For clarity, the LMS software and LMS architecture were originally developed by "Author: Srivatsan S.K". The Company does not claim ownership of it. Our rights are strictly limited to the use, administration, branding, commercial usage through courses and labs, and provision of services via the LMS.

To access certain features, users must create an account using accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activities under your account. XPYA CYBERHUB PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or involve fraudulent use of services.

All payments for courses, labs, or services offered through thecyberhub.in and subdomains must be made through authorized gateways such as Razorpay. By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment details and authorize us to charge the applicable fees. The Company may update prices or billing policies with or without prior notice.

Users are prohibited from sublicensing, reselling, or commercially exploiting the LMS itself. Access is granted solely for personal and educational use of courses and labs. Any misuse, duplication, reverse engineering, or unauthorized sharing of course materials, labs, or platform features is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Our services, courses, and labs are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. XPYA CYBERHUB PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with every system. Users agree that participation in courses and labs is at their own risk.

The LMS software framework and architecture, while developed by "Author: Srivatsan S.K", serve only as the underlying technical base. XPYA CYBERHUB PRIVATE LIMITED retains full rights over administration, branding, operation of services, content delivery, labs, courses, commercial usage, and student data. Updates, changes, or discontinuation of any part of the services may occur with or without prior notice.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall fall under the jurisdiction of Puducherry, India.
